According to reports from Sport Mediaset, Ivan Perisic has agreed to join Chelsea as a free agent this summer. The 33- year old Croatian will be out of contract this summer since joining Inter in 2015. Perisic has not agreed a new contract with Inter despite helping them claim their first Coppa Italia trophy since 2011.
Chelsea are currently sanctioned and it is unclear when they will be able to sign and register new players. However, if The Blues complete this deal, Ivan Perisic will give Chelsea options at Left wing-back position.
The Blues missed Ben Chilwell this term because of his injury, and Perisic would be a quality option.
