According to reports from Mirror Ousmane Dembélé is close to agreeing a deal with Chelsea.
Chelsea reportedly want to make the Barcelona attacker their first signing under new owner Todd Boehly. Dembele will probably demand a huge salary, as The Blues will get him on a free.
Chelsea will also hope that Thomas Tuchel convinces the former Dortmund forward to make a move to the Premier League. Dembele enjoyed working under Thomas Tuchel in Germany. That could be a very key factor in agreeing on any deal with the Frenchman.

Achraf Hakimi Is Not Happy At PSG
Achraf Hakimi is reportedly unhappy at PSG. The Moroccan international has endured a troubled spell at the club since his move from Inter Milan last summer.
French journalist Daniel Riolo: “Hakimi is going crazy, the South Americans don’t talk to him anymore. He already wants to leave Paris (PSG), he is fed up. In this team, his qualities have never exploded, so maybe you have to give him up.”
Chelsea were interested in Hakimi last summer, but he chose to move to France. The Blues could return for the right wing-back as he is considered a top-notch option by Thomas Tuchel.
