Other Awards

Manchester City’s Phil Foden was also named PFA Young player of the year award. Foden beat the likes of Mason Mount, Reece James, and Bukayo Saka to the award.

Team Of The Season
The PFA preferred Alisson in goal, Antonio Rudiger was the only Chelsea player on the team, paired with Virgil van Dijk.
Joao Cancelo the left back, and Trent Alexander-Arnold also made the team.
They also preferred ahead Thiago Alacantara ahead of Manchester City’s Rodri. However, maybe that was just to prevent an all-Manchester City midfield because Bernardo Silva and Kevin De Bruyne completed the three-man midfield.
Despite playing in a poor Manchester United side, Cristiano Ronaldo made the team after impressing again with 18 league goals, flanked by Liverpool duo, Mohamed Salah, and Sadio Mane.
Popular Opinion
Many believe Son Heung Min should have made the team especially after jointly winning the EPL golden boot with Mohamed Salah. The Korean scored 23 non-penalty goals to aid Spurs’ top 4 ambitions.
