Arsenal Cut Down Forest

The Gunners lit up the Saturday afternoon mood in the Premier League against Nottingham Forest, who just appointed Ange Postecoglou after sacking Nuno Espírito Santo.

Forest were no match for Arsenal from the opening minute as Arteta’s men dominated the game. New signings Martin Zubimendi slammed home the opener from outside the box for The Gunners just two minutes after the half-hour mark.

Liverpool Leave It Late Again

Liverpool were expected to keep their 100% record going this weekend as they visited Burnley. However, Arne Slot and his players were in for a torrid and frustrating afternoon.

For over 90 minutes, Liverpool toiled to no avail as Burnley showed the reason why they only conceded 16 goals in 43 Championship matches last season.
