City thrashed Leicester 6-3 as they move 6 points clear on Boxing day..
Manchester City look like they will be winning the English Premier League this season again.
Kevin De Bruyne opened the scoring against a very fragile Leicester City defense. The remainder of the game entertained fans of both teams, but more for the Manchester City fans as their team remain clear at the top of the EPL log.

With Vestergaard and Amartey in the heart of the defense and Nigeria’s Wilfred Ndidi on the bench, Leicester City were in for a very long day at the Etihad.
Leicester City’s defense could not hold as Youri Tielemans gave away two first-half penalties against Manchester City, converted by Riyad Mahrez and Raheem Sterling respectively. The score was 4-0 at halftime.
However, James Maddison and Kelechi Iheanacho almost inspired a sensational comeback against the Champions.
Kelechi Iheanacho created Leicester’s first goal. The Nigerian received a pass from Maddison on the counter, but patiently waited and timed a pass back to Maddison who slotted it home for 4-1.
Iheanacho also found Ademola Lookman who made the score 4-2, before he scored Leicester’s third himself. However, the hope for an equalizer only lasted four minutes as Aymeric Laporte headed in City’s fifth. Sterling added the 6th with a close-range finish in the 87th minute.
Manchester City Look Unstoppable At The Moment.
The Citizens scared many with their ruthless finishing as they led 4-0 at halftime. They seem to be getting stronger in the most challenging part of the season. Manchester City look like they will not step down from their throne this season after another ruthless performance.
Another team would have felt the pressure after Leicester City’s third goal in the second half, but Manchester remained confident.
At this stage of the season where teams normally stumble. Manchester City have won all their matches and are currently on a 9 match winning run. City have also scored 30 goals in those matches including 7 against Leeds and 6 against Leicester today.
Guardiola’s men look like they know how to go about winning the league and nobody looks strong enough to challenge them.
