Chelsea and Manchester United picked up three points in their respective Premier League matches on Saturday before the International break. The Blues were 2–0 winners in a controversial game against neighbours Fulham.

Manchester United left it late and dramatic to claim their first win of the season against Burnley, while Tottenham Hotspur were poor at home to Bournemouth as they concede their first goal and record their first loss of the season.
Chelsea 2-0 Fulham
In the early kick-off on Saturday, Chelsea hosted Fulham after their impressive away win at West Ham. Fulham started the game brilliantly and 20 minutes in, they scored a goal through a quick counter-attack, but VAR ruled out Josh King’s goal for a foul in the build up.

Chelsea somehow managed to score from a corner just before half-time through a header from Joao Pedro. The Blues were much better in the second half, and they won a penalty in the 58th minute, which Enzo Fernández converted to seal a vital win before the international break for Chelsea.
Tottenham 0-1 Bournemouth
Bournemouth scored an early goal against Thomas Frank’s Tottenham, and the North London side could not respond or create any big chance for the rest of the game.

Evanilson scored for the Cherries in the fifth minute in a game that looked poised for goals and attacking actions. However, Bournemouth kept Tottenham at bay for the remainder of the game and could have scored a few more themselves, in a shocking Spurs performance at the London Stadium.
Manchester United 3-2 Burnley
Manchester United snatched their first win of the season against Burnley thanks to a late penalty from Bruno Fernandes. Ruben Amorim’s side went ahead in the first half through an own goal, and they should have scored more in the first half, but missed too many chances.

They paid for that in the second half as Lyle Foster equalized. United responded immediately through Bryan Mbeumo after brilliant work from Diogo Dalot.
Jaidon Anthony pegged Manchester United back once again to make the score 2-2, but Bruno Fernandes converted a late penalty after Jaidon Anthony fouled Amad in the box late in the game.
This win reduces the pressure on Ruben Amorim, and his players after they lost to League two side Grimsby Town in the Carabao Cup.
