The Chelsea takeover is finally complete. The Premier League and The UK Government approved the sale of the club within 24 hours. The terms of the sale had been agreed for over a month, but finally the last details have been sorted out, which means the takeover is now complete.
Thomas Tuchel and some Chelsea staffs have spoken to Todd Boehly. The American financier has obvious intentions of investing in the team this summer. Thomas Tuchel has talked about a rebuild. There are reports that the new owners are willing to invest £200m directly into the squad this season.
