Manchester City have confirmed Erling Haaland deal. Haaland’s contract with the Premier League side will begin on July 1. The Norwegian will sign a five-year deal with Manchester City this summer. Reports also suggest that Haaland has passed his Manchester City medicals ahead of his move.

Manchester City targeted Harry Kane last summer, but the deal broke down. City have now signed a younger striker who has the potential to lead City’s line for many years to come.

Haaland will earn £375,000/week, same level as City superstar Kevin De Bruyne. Pep Guardiola has made a statement signing that takes his side one more level above other teams. Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp claims Haaland’s arrival will make City stronger.

“You have so many opportunities and so many different ways to win a football game. We have to find just one. It’s possible obviously and you can do that — you face City in two, three competitions, Champions League — six times a year, more often than all the rest!

“We play against all the other teams, yes. But if Erling Haaland goes there that will not weaken them. Definitely not. I know in the moment that other people talk about money, but this transfer will set new levels. Let me say this!”

Haaland will only make the already entertaining Premier League even more interesting. We cannot wait.
