Barcelona have agreed deals for both Rodri and Cancelo as the Catalans continue bolstering their squad for the upcoming season.
The Catalans managed to persuade João Cancelo to terminate his contract with Al Hilal to push for a move back to Europe after impressing on loan in the latter part of last season.

Cancelo will bolster Barcelona’s defensive options at right-back, which could see Jules Koundé play more in his preferred role as a centre-back for the Blaugranas.

Barcelona have also struck a deal with Manchester City to bolster their midfield with a statement signing in Rodri.
The Ballon d’Or winner has sealed his move to Catalunya after La Liga champions agreed a £65 million deal that rises to £75 million if certain conditions are met.

The Catalans are going after their goal of recapturing the Champions League trophy and dominating Europe again like they last did under Pep Guardiola and Luis Enrique.
They have also concluded earlier deals for the likes of Anthony Gordon, Jesse Bisiwu, and German forward Karim Adeyemi.
