Arsenal’s defeat at Nottingham Forest means Manchester City have successfully defended the Premier League title consecutively, winning it three times in a row.
Taiwo Awoniyi’s goal in the 19th minute was enough for Forest to edge Arsenal and avoid the drop, but also for Pep Guardiola’s men to pick up their fifth title in 6 years.

Arsenal capitulated when it mattered most after leading the League for most of the season, the Gunners lost to Brighton last week, and showed no character in another loss to Nottingham Forest.
Manchester City will now focus on winning the FA Cup and the UEFA Champions League, where they’ll face Manchester United and Inter Milan, respectively. The Citizens could achieve a truly remarkable in a season that could go down as the best in the history of the club.
