According to a statement on his Twitter account, Tom Brady announced that he will be returning to the Buccaneers to play his record-breaking 23rd season.
“I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa,” Brady said. “Unfinished business.”
Tom Brady, 44, announced his retirement in February. He won 7 Super Bowls and 5 Super Bowl MVPs.

“We said we would leave all options open for him should he reconsider his retirement and this announcement is something we have been preparing for in recent days.”
Licht added: “With this decision now made, we will continue to move forward with our offseason plans to reload this roster for another championship run.”
Brady won a Super Bowl with the Buccaneers during the 2020 season. Last season was one of disappointing however as the Bucs lost in the divisional round to the Los Angeles Rams. In more Tampa Bay personnel news, the Buccaneers and center Ryan Jensen have agreed to a three-year deal. According to his agent Mike McCartney, the deal is worth $39 million with $23 million guaranteed. Jensen has spent four years in Tampa Bay and started in 65 games for the team.
